Samrala,The village is located at few KM from Kotla arab ali khan and rounded 35Km from Gujrat.There are various stories regarding history of village,but dates back to 15th century the most recognized is the village was away 70 m from present location.Due to some disaster most probably(flood) the village shifted to current location because there is no history found regarding any earthquake.The literacy rate is very high and village is facilitated with all modern facilities except gas connection.A large number of peoples are working in various private and governmental organization on good posts as well as serving in different parts of the world.
